All requests sent in will be processed by UNHCR. As UNHCR receives hundreds of emails per day, please be patient if you do not receive an immediate reply.

If you have already sent one appointment request, please do not send another one again as it will cause further delays in scheduling your appointment.

UNHCR will not share any information with the authorities of your country of origin or any third party without your consent.
